I will be attending a cooking class at Kripalu this week, so there will be a substitute for this week only. That does not mean that the class won't be incredibly fun anyway.
Each SproutChef will get five different kinds of cupcakes.
The assignment: Ice and decorate each cupcake and create a menu for the cupcakes, including a name for their own virtual cupcake bakery. Thy sky is the limit for creativity! SproutChefs get to take their bakery inventory home.
When I return, I hope to have some new ideas and recipes to share with the SproutChefs. I'm looking forward to creating some cozy winter recipes with the SproutChefs this session.
