Apple Crunch Pie

Family Sized Apple Crunch Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 large apples, pealed and cut into small pieces

  • 3 Tablespoons white sugar

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup butter

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a large bowl, gently toss together apples and white sugar; set aside.

3. In a separate large bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar and

cinnamon.

4. Cut butter into flour and oat mixture, until crumbly.

5. Sprinkle half of mixture into the bottom of a 9" pie pan.

6. Cover with apples.

7. Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture over the apples.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until fruit is

bubbly and topping is golden brown.

9. Serve hot with ice cream.

Individual Apple Crunch Pie Recipe

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 cups butter
